I have a Tips and Tricks tutorial up on the Frosted Designs blog today showing how to print on ribbon. Hop over there if you are interested. I used Really Reasonable Ribbons satin ribbon to print on for my card.
The back ground paper is a piece of gift wrapping tissue that I use to blot up excess ink from other projects. I adhered it to the base card with Helmar's V2 spray.
I adore these little Maya Roads butterfly pins and have enjoyed sticking them into my flowers like the one here from Prima. The flower is glued on with Helmar's 450.
Totally digging these bright vernal colors!

I know I came to see your card, but I was struck by how GREEN everything is in your world. It's still all brown and nasty here. There may even be a white ground this morning once the sun comes up and I can look outside. It's too cold to do that right now (yep, I'm a wimp).
I'm off to read your tut!
oh my this is just stunning!! totally love this
I need to line my box with tissue paper! I am learning so much from you!!
Absolutely love that tissue paper you used on the card. So cool that you just recycled it from using it for clean up--wow! :)
GORGEOUS! I love that you used the tissue paper. Great way to recycle. Love the flower and pin.
What a lovely way to photograph such a pretty card! Once again, I'm lovin' your use of 'leftovers' here. You are so clever to use the wrap this way, and your flower & butterfly - really set this one off. TFS & reminding me to save those 'snippets'. Hugs
Hi Sandee, I've been catching up on what you have been up to recently and have to say your cards are all beautiful. Love your flowers and your butterflies too. Oh, and your recent choice of words and meanings have been very entertaining :) Elizabeth - waving from a very damp Scotland, xx
Fantastic colours, love that background.
