Now to my pin of the week!
I got this from Tickled in Love: Stuffed Banana Boats, originally meant as a camping treat, and I have to say this gives s'mores a run for the money for a back fire treat but since I don't have a camp fire I adapted it for an inside delight using a microwave and those little corn cob dishes which rarely get much use....well until now.
I must admit that this has become my latest addiction!

Now you can go to her blog and see how she makes them, mine is a lot simpler. Peel the banana, and cut lengthwise, lay in a corn cob dish. I use milk chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and microwave for 25 seconds. Let sit in the microwave so the chips get all oohey gooey melty and then your ready!

So my question is:
Is it a healthy snack since it has fruit in it?
lol, I didn't think so!

So if something catches your eye on Pinterest and you create something from it, then link up with us and share. We love checking out what everyone is up to!

I'm going to call it healthy because it has fruit, for sure! I remember making something similar to this a long time ago in girl scout camp. Yummy!

Hi Sandee, I don't think it will be on my menu, any time soon, but it sure does sound YUMMY! I did a little review about that book on my desk if you are interested.

Hi Sandee,

Thanks for choosing my pinterest project!!! I've added the button to my blog.

Now, I love bananas - PB and banana being one of my favorite sandwiches. I will definitely give this a try. And absolutely, it's a healthy snack because it has fruit!!

Hugs,
Kay
