Scrap it with a Song - Blowing in the wind by Bob Dylan
I used the negative piece from an old Cricut cut ( my snippet ),
( The insert was used a long time ago for a different project; I cannot begin to fathom why I kept this for so long, but I am glad I did! )
I laid a smaller blue dot paper under it and filled the holes with the small rain dots.
Cloud 9 - raindots
CARDZTV - sentiment stamp
Cricut - Don Juan cartridge, p. 44
paper - from scraps
