( I used one of the Paper Smooch free digi stamps. )
Added a cute little Pirate hat sticker which I embellished with some stickles. Added a gem to his eye and doodled on the digi design. He is colored in with distress stain.
I used the embossing folder and rubbed it where the pier piling is for some texture. I also added french knots where it's knees are.
