Ranger - February Color Palette Inspiration and Contest

Ranger Products
 Liquid pearls, Baby Blue
( spread with a credit card; trying to emulate the look of old painted wood )
Distress Stain, Barn Door
( Used straight from the bottle for the flower box and diluted with water for the curtain )
Distress Marker, Antique Linen
(to add shadow around the window frame )
Liquid Pearls, Buttercup
( small dot in the center of each flower )
Distress Marker, Bundled Sage
( to outline leaf cut and color in background leaf cut )

I tweaked the Cricut cut just a tad by cutting the greenery twice, turning one cut upside down and shading it before layering the window box with pop dots. The tag on the garden fork is also pop dotted up, and the fork is layered between the background greenery and the front of the box.

Hi Sandee,

Beautiful card! When I saw the word today is "Marry" my heart skipped a beat....

I'm going to the movie today (while my canvas dries - and yes, I chose a light sky blue) to see "Side Effects." Hopefully it'll be a good, suspense filled movie.

Hugs,
Kay

Oh Sandee this card is absolutely wonderful, and the display of products super too, just HAD to read all about them. Now I realise they come from a Ranger Challenge which I still have time for so I better do my next journal page in the colours hadn't I? Thanks BJ

What a lovely gardening card. This looks like the Memory Box Grand Window die, but I wasn't sure if perhaps you did the cut with the Cricut. Love how you used the ranger inks to distress the window frame & boxes. Your fork was the perfect finishing touch. TFS.
