something that requires thought and skill for resolution

Over at the Faber Castell blog you can enter the December challenge with Mou Saha for Christmas Greetings. She wrote about doing creative challenges to experiment with new techniques so you can learn new things. THAT'S why I love challenges!! So in the spirit of creating something I've never done before I took out my metallic gelato and rubbed it over the embossing plate before running through the machine.
( note to self: Gelato's stick to and show up very well on the black rubber with my embossing plates! )
I looooovvveee how it came out too! I added some stickles to the center of the snowflakes and followed the sketch from over at Mojo Monday - 270.
I took my drip punch from Martha Stewart and trimmed off the drips to sharper points to create icicles, and then covered the strip with stickles.
Perfect Sentiments Challenge: Let it Snow
Faber Castell Metallic Gelato
Fiskar Embossing Plate - snowflakes
Really Reasonable Ribbon
Reminisce white pen
Pebbles- Glitter Candy Dots
Martha Stewart Drip Punch
Ranger's stickles - Frosted lace
snowflakes..stash, but where did I get them? lol
sentiment - from an old Christmas card
