mojo: noun

Self-confidence, Self-assuredness. As in basis for belief in ones self in a situation

Hi everyone venturing in from the wonderful world of WOYWW!!
( If you don't know what WOYWW is:
don't be lazy, don't be shy,
 just click on the link
 and you'll find out why!
 ( oh I rhymed...yay me! lol )

My desk this week...

I'm actually learning ( like at my age, I just NOW figured this out!! ) to be a little neater, put things away and wash my desk top between projects since I am now making projects for the store. I have come to realize that organization really helps out Mr. Mojo ( who knew he was a neat freak? ) Well, he is either a neat freak or maybe he just gets so bored with cleaning and organizing that his mind frees up with creative thoughts to mess it back up with...either way it's a win win situation!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you don't follow my blog on a regular basis, you can catch up with this week's series of humorous Thanksgiving cards by going back to Monday and Tuesday's posts. :)

I know sometimes my family could have benefited from this:

Best Creations - paper
Tim Holtz - Distress markers
Doodlecharms cartridge

paper, and journal card - Best Creations
turkey cut from Doodlecharms
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I would love for y'all to "like" both the studio where my stuff is displayed ( Art Mob Studios and Marketplace ) and my new personal business page ( Sandee's Artful Words ) on Face Book. You don't have to,
 but it is appreciated!!
:)

Mm re being neat, find now have craft room do tend to work neater although this week's desk post would not show that - the Snippets pile is now away so can see what is what. :D

Love your cards this week! I guess the Mojo or lack of it for me is due to the mess my craft room is in. Gotta get busy and get the rooms switched out! Have a great week. Vickie #73

Limited space dictates I clean up after each project. As to whether it helps with my MoJo...don't have a clue. Glenda 109

I did have a good giggle over your card. I am finding as they years creep up I really need a clean desk in between projects so that I can be productive. Maybe it takes us a long time to learn that lesson. Enjoy your week.

Hi Sandee,

I'm still learning LOTS about myself at my age (which I think is the same age you are)! That's what makes it fun.

Love the card!!!

Hey, I know what it's like to have life take over and not be able to go around and visit sometimes. No stress - no worries!!!

That mr. Mojo is a fickle man> Now you see him, now you don't. I suspect he likes a clean space too.
Love the card.

That's a really funny card. I'm afraid neat is a dirty word in my studio. Can't seem to work if it's not messy :) Sorry, I don't have facebook but all the best with your work and business page.
Have a great week.

I love that Thanksgiving card. I so want to send that quote to my mom, she'd just love it!

I'll definitely have to check out your humorous Thanksgiving cards--nothing humorous about Thanksgiving in my family. At least not until years later after time has healed the wounds. I once cooked the full on dinner for 5 family members and nary a one showed. Yeah, good times. Hubby and I have cold pizza and colder beer for Thanksgiving now. So much easier.

Anyway... that Mojo Man, I suspect he is a bit of a neat freak as mine does better with some tidying too--not too tidy though cuz that is just well, too much.

So Prozac I'll keep that in mind for the next family get together if there is one but I think I've been disowned. I could do the only child/orphan thing, Sooooo much easier.

Yay, she's finally seen the light!! A cluttered desk leads to a cluttered mind IMO, and a cluttered mind can't concentrate on the task in hand! Love the turkey card, that's one way of having a happy celebration!

Yes - I would agree - I can always work better when my desk has a little bit of free space - so guess why I haven't made any cards recently!? Happy belated WOYWW!
