I really like having little elements of surprise, like this cute little monkey popping out from the hole in the page! And repeating elements like the faux stitching can help tie a busy piece together.
A great way to use of some small bits of ribbon are by making small banners for your page. I used brads on 2 and tied a knot in the middle one. ( NEVER throw away ribbon remants!! )
